Registration

To register for access to Vaxiplace you will need your valid AHPRA number, an email address you have access to for verification and to complete the registration process on this page: https://www.vaxiplace.com.au/register

If you have already registered on Sanofi Access or Sanofi Campus, you should use the same details to log into Vaxiplace.

Confirm you have entered your email address correctly. If it is correct review your email junk folder, you should see an email from no-reply@mce-sanofiaccounts.com. If you still cannot find the registration confirmation email check with your IT department for blockers.

If the issue is not resolved, email vaxihelpaustralia@sanofi.com with your first and last name and AHPRA number for verification.

If you have already registered on Sanofi Access or Sanofi Campus, you do not need to register in Vaxiplace and can use the same login details as Access or Campus.

Have you tried to reset your password using forget password?

If you are experiencing an error message or are stuck on a screen, please reach out to vaxihelpaustralia@sanofi.com with your details.

If you are a Healthcare Practitioner, contact your Immunisation Specialist Partner as you may not be set up with the right type of account. You will need a valid AHPRA number to gain full registered access to the site.

If the issue is not resolved, email vaxihelpaustralia@sanofi.com with your first and last name and AHPRA number for verification.

If you are a Sanofi employee or Immunisation Specialist Partner (ISP), you will need to register in Sanofi Campus or Sanofi Access first. You can then use those login details to access Vaxiplace.

Login and Password

Select reset my password on the login screen, and enter the email address linked to your account. Follow the steps to reset.

Confirm you have entered your email address correctly. If it is correct review the junk folder in your email. If you still cannot find your email check with your IT department for blockers.

If the issue is not resolved, contact vaxihelpaustralia@sanofi.com. Please send an email with your details and AHPRA number for verification.

If you need to update your email address, please email vaxihelpaustralia@sanofi.com and include your first and last name and AHPRA number for verification.
